Freeze Your Berries

Simply place unwashed berries in a freezer zip bag, lie flat in the freezer.  

When needed, place desired quantity in colander, rinse, drain and enjoy!

Blackberries

Large, Sweet and Delicious

Blackberries grow on stems similar to grapes, supported by trellises.  They bloom in late April with large white blossoms.  Bees find these irresistible.  Due to our hot weather, we have our varieties shaded.  They are picked by hand directly into clam shell packages.  

Blueberries

Plump, Flavorful and Sumptuous

Blueberries grow up to 6 feet tall.  They bloom in late February.  Bees love them - the field buzzes during the Spring.  They are deciduous, some revealing beautiful red branches in the winter.  They are picked by hand and machine.
